Living away from home, attending university is an experience where students grow socially and academically. At Atlantic Living, our goal is to help make home away from home positive and trouble-free.
Our properties are located within walking distance of universities, in the South end of Halifax & close to Colleges in Truro. First-class student accommodations feature comfortable, well-maintained, clean environments. We provide that “at home” feeling, to increase better study habits in out-of-town surroundings. At Atlantic Living, you can expect off campus “quality accommodation”.
We promote a healthy and safe environment for students. Our re-furbished flats are spacious, attractive and well maintained, with up to 9 bedrooms per flat. There’s bi-weekly housekeeping service, high speed internet, cable and TVs in some properties. Living rooms, kitchens, bathrooms and hallways are kept clean and tidy by our housekeeping staff.
Appliances include dishwasher, fridge, stove and coin-operated laundry facilities plus all outdoor maintenance is included (grass cutting, snow removal at driveways and garbage removal from the curbs). Parking is available for an extra cost or our Southend Halifax properties.
