President and co-founder of Atlantic Living is Patrick Johnston, who directs planning and growth strategies for the company. Well known in the Halifax real estate business, Patrick’s responsibilities include development, marketing, financial budgets and coordination of building acquisition & construction processes.

Tracey MacDonald, our Director/Property Manager, handles all in-bound inquiries from existing tenants plus prospective tenants, administrative duties such as advertising, property inquiries, lease processing, rental viewings and tenants’ concerns. Tracey ensures that all units are kept in tip-top shape! She manages all maintenance and 24-hour emergency service.

Roy Boutlier handles all of the repairs within the system . All maintenance requests are taken care of immediately and all repair work is thoroughly checked over to ensure the highest quality of craftsmanship.

Our housekeeping team consists of Cindy Brown and Louise McComb. They ensure that the buildings are in tip / top shape. Our hallways and apartment buildings are cleaned bi-weekly, many of our student accommodation includes bi-weekly cleaning. At Atlantic Living, we know our tenants deserve the best accommodations available, and no doubt, that’s what we provide!
